Gaming payment software giants Xsolla had a goal to use Gamescom 2025 to amplify visibility with more touch points across the city, all with a view to increase brand accessibility and recognition.

They tasked Experience12 with managing their events creative and facilitation, and through 3 intertwined activation spaces, the brand looked to offer hubs both inside and outside of the exhibition to support their sponsorship of the event including:

  • Gamescom B2B booth
  • The Clubhouse
  • Xsolla Riverside Hub

Experience12 supported from the ground up, designing and producing the core Gamescom booth, including AV production, tech demos and supply of a fully branded coffee bar. Outside of the Koelnmesse, we dressed venues for their Clubhouse and Riverside Hub activations.
